from the Dance Muthfuckas dept. In the most whimsical of spirits it was decided that Somnium Seven Fans should be allowed to dance to our music! At least once... And here you have it - the first S7 song that might actually move a dance floor. Sculpture of Despair was looking like the perfect candidate for this project since it already had a very fast tempo (145 bpm) and the melodies in the song's chorus are actually rather positive sounding against a more steady beat. As for the structure of the song - it is backwards!! The song starts with it's original ending and progresses backwards through the verses and ends with the former beginning. Thanks to some extremely intensive non-linear editing by Mike SOD has been completely inverted like a photo negative from the original song. Why this was done? Because we can.... We sincerely hope you all enjoy this remix. We also welcome any DJs who might like to include this track in their set (refer to the CC license on our website). Now go do the Somnium Seven boogy!
Coming soon will be our first all new song since this past Spring! In production now is what may be our darkest song ever - De Sang-Froid (French for "In Cold Blood").
